I wanted to give a shout out to Iron Tiger Gym. I recently started going and have found the gym to be a solace. I hate to be the jerk that tells everyone about an amazing fishing spot and have it be over populated but when it comes to our local businesses that are worth letting others know about, I gotta do it. Not over saturated with people, I go at 5 am or 4 pm or 11 pm machines are always available, the feel is like a second home and the staff is really friendly.

It’s brought so much happiness and support into my life.
Not to mention the wonderful life long friends I’ve made.
Sometimes I really don’t want to go. The couch, my books and TV feels so tempting.
But then think of all the fun, laughter and camaraderie I would miss. Not to mention loving on Lui’s dog Teddy

Favorite gym!!! Owner is fantastic and helps when you have questions. Don’t feel judged working out there. Everyone is friendly and a great atmosphere! And open 24/7 which is great!
