Luis Bosch, known as "The Iron Tiger," founded The Iron Tiger Gym with a vision of empowering individuals to reach their full potential through fitness. With decades of experience as a personal trainer and fitness expert, Luis built a community centered on strength, discipline, and resilience. His passion for health and wellness, combined with his relentless work ethic, laid the foundation for the gym’s success. Luis’s legacy and values continue to shape the heart and soul of The Iron Tiger Gym.

Guy Barnes brings a wealth of experience and passion to The Iron Tiger Gym as an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, specializing in fitness programs for individuals over 50. After retiring from a successful 35-year career in the tech industry as an electrical engineer and project manager, Guy transformed his own health and fitness journey. Having overcome herniated discs, shoulder injuries, and poor posture, he gained over 35 pounds of muscle and restored his mobility under the mentorship of The Iron Tiger Gym's founder, Luis Bosch.
 

Guy's mission is to help clients enhance their strength, flexibility, and quality of life at any age. Whether you're just starting or continuing your fitness journey, Guy is here to guide you every step of the way.

Taylor Fulgham, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, is dedicated to helping you set and achieve your fitness goals. As a former Airborne infantryman and Rope Rescue Technician (RRT), Taylor brings a unique perspective on discipline, consistency, and physical resilience. Having led nearly 40 Airborne operations and countless hours of intense physical training, Taylor understands the challenges of maintaining a routine and the importance of proper technique and recovery.
 

After overcoming injuries and discovering the power of consistent training, Taylor’s passion for fitness led him to pursue a career as a personal trainer. Now, at The Iron Tiger Gym, he’s committed to creating a positive, motivating environment that helps you stay on track and become the healthiest version of yourself.

Jana Davies brings a wealth of life experience to The Iron Tiger Gym, having transitioned from athlete to corporate accountant, devoted mother, and now passionate fitness advocate. After enduring a career-ending injury in her youth, Jana faced the challenges of a sedentary lifestyle and significant health issues, reaching a peak weight of 375 pounds. Determined to reclaim her health, she embarked on a transformative journey, focusing on nutrition and gradually incorporating physical activity back into her life.
 

Now, with a deep understanding of the struggles that come with balancing health, career, and family, Jana is dedicated to helping others on their own wellness journeys. Her mission is to empower individuals to overcome challenges and achieve holistic well-being, just as she did.

Teddy joined The Iron Tiger Gym family in January 2024 and has quickly become a beloved member of the team. Known for his laid-back and friendly demeanor, Teddy loves greeting everyone at the door with enthusiasm and enjoys the treats that gym-goers bring him. Whether he's playing with his Boston terrier friend Moose or simply relaxing, Teddy brings a warm and welcoming vibe to the gym. He’s not just a dog—he’s everyone’s favorite workout companion and cuddly supporter.
