Iron Tiger's Premier Personal Training Services

At The Iron Tiger Gym, our Personal Training Services are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals with tailored support and expert guidance. We offer custom one-on-one training sessions, as well as group training for up to four individuals, allowing you to train solo or with friends while receiving personalized attention. To complement your workouts, our trainers provide nutritional guidance and full-fledged meal planning, ensuring you have the tools you need to succeed both in and out of the gym.

Taylor Fulgham Training Services

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer at The Iron Tiger Gym, Taylor Fulgham is dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals and maintain them for the long haul. With a deep understanding of how tough it can be to stay committed, Taylor focuses on building mental resilience and self-drive, creating a routine and atmosphere that makes the gym a place you want to be.
 

A former Airborne infantryman and Rope Rescue Technician (RRT), Taylor brings valuable insights from his military experience, where he led nearly 40 Airborne operations and developed a strong appreciation for consistency, proper technique, and recovery. After overcoming his own injuries and improving his strength and mobility through consistent training, Taylor is passionate about helping others heal, grow, and achieve their best selves.
 

With Taylor, you'll find a supportive coach who tailors workouts to your unique needs and encourages you to push through challenges, ensuring long-term success.
